vdesktop fixes

new version of the VNC server mod for rdesktop
at: http://www-lce.eng.cam.ac.uk/~tme23/vdesktop

- implements some opcode blits and 8/16/32 bit vnc clients.
- added keyboard mapping from WINE project.
- added cursor support patches.
- general bug fixes.

it's pretty usable and in fact is already well used here.
there are also the first signs of a windows port creeping in.

i'm not sure what that previous stuff about extended keyboard
flags was about. i just returned the standard 16 bit extended 
keyboard scan codes (eg: 0xe052 for insert...) and they worked fine.

as i recall, there was a patch around to fix those upside down images.
does anybody have this? i missed it first time around.
