did you try the -4 switch?
I don't have an NT 4 TS setup since a while back so I can't test it myself,
however I have had indications that it works with this switch.
did you use the switch  and yet it didn't work? try and figure out the
highest patch level that can successfully connect to an nt4 server and I'll
figure out what has gone wrong asap.
