some comments about the manpage...
some comments on the manpage, and things that might need to be added..
-D switch: shouldn't be needed for normal execution.. is it? rdesktop
should detect your default screen depth, and try and run on that. The -D
switch is only there so that the user can override, i.e. 32bpp is the
fastest depth to run at, so if a user got support for that, but the
default screen depth is 16, it might be wise to set it with the -D switch.
BUG: code doesn't check if the screen depths are too low ( < 8bpp
)... I doubt rdesktop runs on those at all.. I just thought of that,
should need some fixing... ;)
-B switch doesn't work with 2000 servers, not any of ours anyway...
-l probably doesn't work either, but that I do not know.
-e flag is there for all .fr people who doesn't have encryption on their
w2k / nt4 boxes, might be worth mentioning that they actually might need
this flag.
feel free to modify the manpage after your own judgment, and whatever
comments matt has thrown in, I'll add it to the unified patches
sometime this weekend.. ;)
