start menu bug/scrambled screen area - window outside of screen/scrambled part of window

found 2 more bugs in rdesktop:

1. (only w2k)  start menu bug/scrambled screen area:
log on to w2k server -> 2. press the start button -> 3. click somewhere else
with the mouse to close start menu -> repeat 2. and 3.  3 times -> after the
3rd time the screen area where the start menu was is scrambled.

2. (nt4 and w2k) window outside of screen/scrambled part of window:
when you move a window partly outside of the visible screen area and then
back again then the part which was outside of the visible screen area
sometimes is scrambled.

Does somebody know how to solve these bugs?
