Keyboard problems ... update

Hi Peter, Hi Joshua,

I checked up on the files you gave me. The kbcodes.h thing nearly does it.
Every digit and lowercase letter comes out fine. But the Modifiers like
Shift, Alt and other keys like Return, Delete don't work.

The hpux_keyboard.diff doesn't work for me, as I expected. It only works
for the special keyboard layout of Hewlett Packards'

I'll just have more of a look at the rest of the keys and let you know
when I have it. Maybe it is a good idea to make this a feature: Check up on my
keyboard when I start up. I could live with a 64Kb array filled at init,
what do you think?
