I've experienced the same thing in Word, Visio, and Excel. Also, I've
had it happen when clicking on the arrows as well. Sometimes I can move
the mouse over the desktop and click all the buttons rapidly in
frustration, and it stops scrolling before the end. But sometimes this
doesn't work. It probably has nothing to do with it stopping. :-)
