Re: Printing to a local port

The easy way is: install the printer in the win2k server, with the unix printing services, and print in the linux via cups(common unix printing system) for linux, you can find this software in www.cups.org,
The another question... you can find in the terminal server page
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/technologies/terminal/default.asp
whitepapers and utilities to determine how many computers you can connect to a specific pc.

Subject: Printing to a local port

Hi:
I have a Windows 2000 Terminal server, and a client using RedHat 7.2 and rdesktop 1.1.0.

I would like to know how to print to the local print (LPT1) on the RedHat.

How many computers I can connect to the Terminal Server, without have a performance problems?

Thanks in advance,
Agustin Cruz
