Some small issues

First of all, thanks a lot for the great rdesktop, which my remote
administration of w2k servers nearly as easy as the Linux ones.

Two little questions:

 Does anybody know the keyboard layout (hex) for Swiss German Keyboards?

 In the mailing list archive, there was a patch for Switching Windows in
Fullscreen Mode. I'm runnin 1.1.0 and the patch does apply. Has anybody
already solved this=
